We’re looking for a few good guests to grace us with their presence at Glass City Con 4! Are you involved in the anime and manga industry, video game industry, or any other venue pertaining to anime culture? Do you run a prominent fan organization or venue that’s inspired by the anime industry? If so, we’d love to have you!

If you're planning on running a panel, performance, or any activity, fill out this form. It tells us what your activity is and what you'll need from us to run it.
If you are requesting Glass City Con for any payments or to cover your expenses, you will be sent a contract to sign and a W9 (found below) and return after we receive your information. Please note due to college policy, we cannot pay for any expenses ahead of time, including travel. All expenses for guests must be paid out of pocket and will be reimbursed upon arrival with a check as part of an "all-inclusive" package which covers appearance fees as well as expenses. If you're only asking for something like retail space, a contract will not be sent.
